i am loving these looks back. we are debuting a choreography of mine (my first ensemble piece!) that deals with the past. and it finally feels like my PAST and not my present, more and more every day, every rehearsal, it gets easier, it gets stronger, i get stronger, and the dancers bring the beauty into story that I couldn't even imagine. I am awed and humbled by their participation, and (at the risk of sounding headstrong) I am proud of this piece, and my progress. I think your year has been very different from mine, but anyway, looking back sometimes makes you appreciate now. xoxo
